13 Moons Rattery (13MR) is located in Forest Grove, Oregon but generally meet people in the Hillsboro area for pick up. We specialize in Standard Ear and Dumbo Ear Fancy Rats in American Blue, Russian Blue, Mink, Black Eyed and Red Eyed Siamese, Burmese and a variety of other colors.Different markings including Irish, Berkshire, Hooded, Dalmation, Variegated, Down-Under, and Merle in Standard, Rex, and Velveteen coats.We also have Hairless once in a while and are working on getting Harley (long) fur into the lines. All of these colors and markings will also be available in my beloved Dwarf lines in the future. 

Over the summer of 2007 we began incorporating Dwarf rats into our lines.  Our main focus during 2008 is to continue working on Dwarves and to bring our favorite colors and markings into those lines. Ever since we brought our first Dwarfie boy ABRY Oops home in the spring of 2006 we have fallen head over heels for these guys and gals. Oops is currently one of the oldest boys in our rattery and still in excellent health and temperment. Although we will not be breeding Dwarves exclusively they will be the main focus so Standard sized litters may be fewer as time goes on. Dwarf females have considerably smaller litters (generally 3-6 babies) so getting on a waiting list early will help insure a future 13MR baby(s) in your family.
